Chefs, bakers, and artisans from across the Triangle are provided their choice of Chatham County peppers from about ten small, diverse farms, and it’s up to them to bring the heat! You’ll feast on their creative bite-sized pepper concoctions as you rove about the festival. Chefs compete for Best Pepper Dish.
