If you’ve been to PepperFest, you know how diverse the offerings can be… who knew you could make jalapeño ice cream or habañero infused vodka?  Who knew how many things you could use to stuff inside a Tobago pepper?  You’ll have as much fun tasting these dishes and drinks as the creators had making them.

PepperFest couldn’t happen without the dozens of creative concoctions dreamt up by our region’s best chefs, organic farmers, brewers, distillers and artisans.
