PepperFest would be nothing without the dozens of creative and delicious concoctions dreamt up by some of our region’s best chefs, brewers, distillers, and food artisans, or without the farmers growing the peppers in the first place.
If you’ve been to PepperFest before, you know how diverse the offerings can be… who knew you could make jalapeño ice cream or habañero infused vodka? Who knew how many things you could use to stuff inside a Tobago pepper? You’ll have as much fun tasting these dishes and drinks as the creators had making them.
